As the first of its kind on the African continent, Time Out Market integrates the city’s best food, drinks, local culture, music, and art to create a space for elevated experiences all under one roof.
The distinct event, which took place on Wednesday 20 March 2024, marked the beginning of a series of unforgettable nights. Every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, until the end of August 2024, music and cognac lovers are invited to indulge in evenings that bring together top local talent and unforgettable cocktails.
Attendees will have the chance to savour bespoke Bisquit & Dubouché cocktails, each priced at R105, that are crafted to complement the soul-stirring rhythms of jazz. The cocktail menu includes:

Jarnac Sours: The Jarnac Sours melds Bisquit & Dubouché VS with apricot and the tartness of lemon.
Saint-Tropez: The essence of a jazz summer night, the Saint-Tropez offers a refreshing blend of Bisquit & Dubouché VS, mint, lemon, and Cinzano To Spritz.
