BISQUIT & DOBOUCHÉ BAG TWO EXCEPTIONAL AWARDS AT THE 2021 NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL SPIRITS COMPETITION

Bisquit & Dubouché have proven that their distinct distillery process which allows for its’ flavours and armours to lead, is one that works and has been perfected by their distillers, who taste the product continuously until they sense that the time is right to cut the heart of their cognac.

2021 marks a year of victory for the distinct cognac, Bisquit & Dubouché, as they’ve won twice at the New York International Spirits Competition 2021; having been awarded Double Gold medals, which included a 95 point rating , as well as Cognac VSOP Of The Year award.

The New York International Spirits Competition comprises a minimum of 4 judges who form the panel. They work with spirits and customers daily. Each of the judges makes up different parts of the trade industry from restaurateurs, sommeliers, retail spirits buyers, distributors, and importers. Because of the judges' different roles and disciplines within the industry; multiple viewpoints are considered during the evaluation process of the spirits.
