JOYOUS CELEBRATION CONTINUE THEIR BLISSFUL JOURNEY WITH THE RELEASE OF 2 PROJECTS

Without mentioning MTN Joyous Celebration, it is impossible to talk about the history and landscape of South African gospel. No one could have imagined the long and illustrious journey that would lead them to become the gospel powerhouse they are today when they performed their first show in 1996.

The band Joyous, as their adoring fans call them, was the idea of three close friends: Jabu Hlongwane, Lindelani Mkhize, and Mthunzi Namba founded the group to commemorate the peaceful transition into democracy and the country's political transformation.

Joyous Celebration 27, celebrates Jesus as the ultimate fixer of life's challenges. With its catchy beat and lively instrumentation. Combining traditional South African rhythms with contemporary Gospel sounds, Joyous Celebration 27 delivers a powerful message of faith and hope that reminds us all of the transformative power of Jesus in our lives.

Joyous Celebration has released a follow-up to their success with Joyous Celebration 26 just in time for Easter weekend. Each year, the revered gospel ensures that our spirits are lifted, and this year they do so with two projects—one featuring a 14-track album and the other 12 tracks. The titles of the albums are Joyous Celebration 27: Victory and hope.
