The Kulture is Konnected again, as UMG unleashes New Music

The second edition of Kulture Konnect saw new partnerships set within the industry. This past Wednesday, UMG hosted their monthly showcase Kulture Konnect, as the platform is used to bring together the entertainment industry. This saw new music and plans by the different artists showcased.

This edition of Kulture Konnect saw the likes of Nasty C tease new music and exciting collaboration on his upcoming mixtape. He teased the feature with Emtee and later mentioned that we can expect collaborations with Nadia Nakia and international star Domani.

Some of South Africa’s biggest Afrikaans rappers, Biggie and Loufi showed their talented to the audience and gave a taste of what is to come with the new music to be released. The Afrikaans rappers broke into the urban market and are about to show the world their talents

One of UMG’s latest signees through the partnership with Khuli Chana’s My Throne record label, Maglrea Doe Boy, had a full showcase of visual and new music. Kulture Konnect saw the street conversion connoisseur performance new music from his project Diaspora due later in the year. He brought along a full band and one of South Africa’s legends Kaygizm from the Hip Hop group Morafe.

DJ Manzo and Da Muziqal Chef show a world class of a performance as they each played music from their projects due to be released on the 5 August 2022. Mr Obrigado is set to release his EP alongside the renowned duo, Murumba Pitch. The Legend in the making, DJ Manzo is also preparing for the release of his EP.
